You wont get smoke, only vapour.

factor of getting more visual vapour:
Juice type- more VG will tend to get more vapour.This is what everyone says, I have no idea.
type of atty : can be factor of coil type, silica thicknes, mesh wire.
Batt charge : How many vote or Watt you are firing.

There are even a vapour booster call "e......" (sorry forgotten the name) just add 1-3 drops in to your tank to boost vapour. I have not try it so no idea how well it works.
