I think this is kabuto version 2 release is for bandai to test the market. If it is popular maybe they will release all the rider in version 2 and use this price as a baseline for all the upcoming release

kamen rider emperor april 2014 web shouten release


2 years ago gai release during may 2012 and its price goreng super high even in japan market
this year verde release on may 2013 and its price stable around 4-5k yen
next year imperer i wonder how the price will fare after it release

Good.. been waiting for this...
After Imperer, Ryuki series only left Femme and Alternative....
Have a strong feeling that Alternative will be Toei limited (as the diffence with Alternative Zero is only the colour)
Guess SHF can complete Ryuki series and Faiz series (only left Orga) in 2014...
Blade series I think will be continue into 2015...
and hopefully they will start release Kiva and Hibiki by end 2014...
Also, the remaining 3 showa... Shin, J & ZO...

Is Black V2 and RX V2 using the new mold or old?

Im more interested in the mosters... Seem like this year havent release any stand alone mirror monster for ryuki series. The last we get is geno, and hope femme will be release in pack with the goose. Since it is juz a flat one like phoenix

Black v2 is using new mold but not sure for rx. I think it doesnt matter for rx since it already in very good shape is version one. The version 2 is a "gift" for collector like me who didnt have version one and dont want to pay for goreng price

If they are already using the new mold, napa they wanna goreng Kabuto V2 then? Which is why I hairan why Black V2 is cheap while Kabuto V2 is not if they are using the same new mold

probably they dont wanna ppl to think twice to custom.. hence the price. i donno.. its just my theory.

Well you can try to compare black v1 and v2, kabuto v1 and v2...

Black v2 doesnt seem to be much different from v1 but kabuto v1 and v2 seem to be totally different.


Second part...

No people goreng the price of kabuto v1 but black v1 already got many people goreng the price. When people goreng the price bandai earn nothing because they are manufacturer. So maybe is bandai strategy to release this black at cheaper price so that collector that doesnt have it can own it. And usually collector dont juz collect one, they will collect the whole series like black, rx and the bike. So later when bandai put in higher price tag for the future release like road sector, robo and bio more collector will get it even the price is much more expensive.
