If you are talking about space concerns.
1 monitor on the table. Another monitor get a mount such as a mount where you can clamp to the table or attach to the wall. Or get a new table/extend since the additional monitor mount will not be cheap. EDIT: Looks like the storage area blocking, above solutions might not work ideally. the 24 inch monitor put it horizontal and the 19 inch monitor put it vertical..haha 19 inch can use if for reading..
