recommens rims and tyres-Nissan Latio Sport

Hello car experts! As stated in the topic above, anyone can help answer my questionm?
Recommed me rims for latio sport 1.6 (what size, what model, where to look for it, price ) Tyres! What tyres? Does big rim affect fc and pick up? Comfort?

1.6L ah.. Go for impul NS-GT2 @ 17" lightweight as original impul package. Either SSR Type C also lightweight too. Or Enkei RPF1 it is lightweight too. Volk TE37 or CE28N it is lighter also. OZ Rims not much choice for PCD114.3 The rest ah just go for replica rims. Make sure look at PCD114.3  For me I would go for Impul NS-GT2

How light is light? If I change a lighter big size rim from a heavy small size rim(any idea how heavy is the ori latio rim?): -comfort? -stability? -speed? -fuel consumption? Thanks
