Hi all, just wondering anyone here can highlight here the advantage of taking corner unit vs intermediate unit or end unit?

Corner unit priced 20k extra (940sqf)
End unit price 6k extra (918sqf)
Imtermediate normal (918sqf)

Last I heard another bad about corner unit is, more hot due to more walls being exposed to sun directly..

Klts facilities come great with its price... and many of here take it for own stay.. the 90 units of shophous3 in klts maybe the factor whether this klts may appreciate further or vice versa.

Hello there. I would like you to give some comments on Kl traders. My questions are,

1) The HTC located very near to KL traders.
2) There's a mosque nearby in walking distance.
3) Inside of the unit is it empty? Need to renovate once you live in. Example like kitchen cabinet
4) How was the traffic on Jalan Gombak on peaked hour. Example like working hour and after working hour.

all blocks are now open for sales? i think block E is the best since it is lower density /12 units per floor and further from HTC? but some units are facing the refuse centre could be very smelly if lower floors

are those units facing inside (face pool) are the best? block E has limited pool view.

are the outside carparks (ground floor) free? Think many residents would prefer to park at ground floor instead park at higher floor 1-7 floors.
the shops will have parking problem if too many cars parked at ground floor.

Hi,

1) Yes, but block E is far from there.
2) This is not a issue for me cause im staying near mosque now too
3) yup..inside is empty with free 2 air cond, but i prefer put in my own design. My friend bought a unit come with free kitchen cabinet and the workmanship are very lousy at the end my friend have to dismantle the cabinet and re-do again.
4)Think everywhere in kl also jam during peaked hour.
