Developer also clever. Marketing strategy. Launch the htc one later at lower price. Early buyers will be furious.

If you bought over 15 floor.. your view will not blocked by the HTC.. 1 level up rm500.. currently cornet lot and end lot selling fast..

Same goes to certain unit from block B facing north.. it is like 90 degree sharp sharp facing htc.. anyway personaly thought block c is till a good deal..

Dear all property sifu, im wondering if it is worth to invest in another car park which is cost rm25k + legal fees of 10% which is rm27.5k in this KL Traders Square.. my intention is to invest and yied rental income in the future..

Anyone have the ideas?

I just went to kl traders square showroom today. Saw a lot of units still available.
All units for block C come with only one car park, need to top up 25k for extra one car park
The sale executive told me HTC is just about 12 feets away from Block C which is just around 3.658 meters away. ohmy.gif

I am still wondering the distance of HTC got any impact to our health for long stay.

I remember I've asked SA what is the small green island sitting in the middle of carpark and just next to the building (less than 20m away). She told me that was for the HTC's pylon, i was surprise how near it would be if everything materialized.
