It's 5% for the first two years and subsequently on a 45% profit sharing mechanism. Hence if their occupancy goes up, so does the payout and vice versa. Then entry package might be good but the maintenance fee was quite high I think and there was an annual refurbishment fee of a few thousand per year.
I would say a good option for someone who can hold and flip but not if you're looking for immediate high monthly nett profit
