Can anyone check whether someone told me there's gonna be "AEON" here is true or not?

Holiday Villa Hotel is pretty much confirmed, though.

Just went there kepoh today.
Greeted by 2 leng luis upon entering. I thought will be served by them.
Mana tahu they just giving me calendar and brochure. A guy then served me.
Hahaha.... jokes aside. Details of kepoh, 5% early bird rebate. Almost RM630psqft. Size only two types, 5xx sft and 6xx sft. Bigger unit facing road, smaller units facing pool. SA said confirmed got AEON as tenant. A cinema also finalising coming in. The maintenance fee very steep, at 35-40cents psqft, seeing that they only provide quite basic facilities, nothing fancy. Only providing one carpark with no option to buy. Fully furnish, but can write in to developer before signing SPA to ask for discount if want bare unit without furnitures and fittings. Booking fee is RM5k.
