I was thinking: does that mean MRT2 might not be coming to Selayang anytime soon because otherwise, developer would not have launched the project now. They would have waited until MRT2 is announced. On the prospect of having AEON as anchor tenant, I think this one if confirmed will definitely make the project much more doable. How big is the AEON there? is there enough space?
