, just like us as investors, they took risk too, equipment cost, renovation, maintenance, wages those cost millionswhy Holiday Villa there? Because there is no decent hotel in selayang for UiTM and Hospital, why GSC there because there's no GSC in Rawang and Selayang they end up going to 1U to watch GSC, you have pretty much everything with just 1 elevator away
