Bear in mind, loan and property are two seperate matters. Banks coudnt care less if you dun have the property. Whatever loan you took still need to pay back

Foundation 10% paid

Bcos tis is non schedule spa project...if developer is clever, they might alsk bill you 15% of wall n frame and other things...

So when can buyers take legal action?

I read here that buyers literally need to count number of days without activities.

Is this apply to both hda and non hda properties?

its a common practise in Malaysia that company will set up new company to understook a new project.

bcos when the project is completed then developer can proceed to close the books of this project

But the company that sold you the property usually is fully owned by the reputable developer.

If worried can always ask for spa party n do seach b4 sign spa

Reputable here just meant owners will know the developer by name instead of the developing company...

How many guys here know the developing company by heart???? Almost nobody bcos we automatically relate the property to the main developer.

the housing act needs to extend protection to buyers even for non schedule spa buyers,

you see those projects that abandoned in recently years, The boss Klang, Almost all Empire projects and this one....they were selling office suites where draw down and work in progress and money used are less monitored that those projects under HDA preview. its just too easy for company to use money from this project to cover holes for their other business interest until they ran out of cover to cover the holes....
