I'm a new user of CIMB Clicks. I noticed that my secureword occasionally changes to a different word.

Is this normal? (like a way/test for CIMB clicks to make sure u check each time?) or is it suppose to be the same all the time when u login?

Previously, I was using Maybank2u and I never encountered such issue.

it should be the same. if it is different means u key in wrong username or someone is trying to steal your password

no. if you key in the right username, the right secure word always comes out. no testing or teasing.

you may not notice it, but it has to be you unknowingly key in wrong - due to caps lock, space, fat fingers, etc.

everytime you see some otehr secure word, just get out, start again.

Secureword cannot be changed by itself as it's tied to the username.

If it's different from what you have set, meaning there could be a typo somewhere.
