My clash of clans crashes at the loading screen, Please HELP!

yesterday I have been playing Clash of Clans with no problems at all. I recently tried to load my game today and the loading bar will fill up to the top, but it will freeze and not go to my village. I've tried resetting/restart my IPAD and that simply has not worked. I would really appreciate some help please!

try to reinstall the application...no worries regarding your safe data because it has already back up via game center
