Yo ...

I need some suggestion... im currently driving MIT. ASX and the tyre is 16" .. i plan to change to 18".. isit suitable for that car?? and i plan to lowered the car too...

Any suggestion or recommendation....

Can, what is the std tire size? Change to lower profile to maintain similar overall rolling diameter.
Lowering the car also can use sport/lowering springs.

If i change to GAB suspension absorber to lowered can ?? but if 18" still can lowered ??

the standard is 215/65/R16 ... i plan to change it 230/55/R18 ok boh?? lowered the car i plan to change to GAB suspension SS series... can ??

if 22" then diff story

post your ride pic afte ryou replaced the wheels. wanna have some idea how to do mine oso later.

if ur using 18", try to reduce the tyre thickness.....maybe 40 or 45........

Bro u sure boh ?? 18" i think need lowered abit la.... cz changing to thinner tyre too.. feel that the car not very balance... turning in speed also scared till balls nearly drop cry.gif

16" is with a 65 series tyre

17" current model is with series 60 tyres

18" use 55 series shoudn't change a lot the handling

You mean 235/55/R18? That one is too big. The best size is 235/50/R18 which is closest to your std overall diameter. The other option is 255/45/R18 but I think will be too wide for your car and makes it too heavy.

As for suspension, I've never used GAB before so cannot comment on that. I've only used Eibach, Tanabe, and APEX and I can say they're all good with Tanabe NF series being my most preferred one since it's the most comfortable. Not sure though if have for your car.
