In RR3, login to facebook, and upload cloud save.On a new iDevice, you log in facebook in RR3 and download the cloud save.
After doing that, you can logout Facebook credential, and even using another Game Center login. Heck, you can even associate the save file with another new Facebook credential if you want. But then, take note that there's limit on how many devices permitted for cloud save. And currently, devices record is permanent until Firemonkeys resolves the issue.
