Adding an SMS Contact is now available from the Add and Find Contacts dialog.

There aren't many people online my long contact list. Seems like it's dead!

Well, they didn't release an update version after ICQ 2003b Pro. Guess they're more focusing on the lite version.

There's a new build version #2575

I wonder when they will upgrade and improve on da Pro version...
