Other selling club who r in need of transfer money or wanna get rid of unwanted star/s will make rumors that link any of their "good" player/s to us. Reason..good promotion strategy..bcoz when that player/s link to us => that make it look like hot prospect/talent => pricetag hike up to insane level => more money they'll (club) get.
While the Press..i cant think other reason y they love to link any player/s to us other than that they actually envy us, envy how the club manage to survive with limited resources, small spending budget. Some of them actually Anti- Arsenal. Dunno y they r seem have hard feeling toward us, maybe some statement from d club long2 time ago hurt them so they go for revenge? |

^ arsenal kan had a reputation for not having a lot of english players. man utd had their becks/scholes/ferdinand, chelsea had terry/lampard, liverpool had gerrard/carra. our invincibles squad only had sol and cole, and both were playing defence. no englishmen were part of our glorious attack. add that with the usual hate that comes by being successful, no wonder the english press hates us. now with theo/jack/oxlade in our ranks i think they're slowing down a bit, but still some just refuse to stop until wenger's out.
not that i care, really. we (supposedly) have the money to make transfers happen now |

Those Englishmen problem is they (English clubs) itself killed their own countrymen talents. With that much pricetag, no wonder England cant perform on international level bcoz most of them r all "jaguhkampung". No other big league clubs r willing to buy English prospects/talents n develop them at that pricetag. When there r too little of them playing outside the "english area" then it cause hard time to them to adept. Things then turn them to flops. No big clubs wanna pay huge paychecks for unproven youngsters or even experienced EPL english stars that never live outside their area to just turn to be a flop.not that i care, really. we (supposedly) have the money to make transfers happen now This post has been edited by HiperPanda: Jul 1 2013, 12:27 PM |
