wow! looks better than 10. time to update mine i guess.
IMHO 10 was the best media player if not for the system hogging, but it was MUCH better than Winamp. so I have high hope for 11

man, the installer is crappy in security. I mean i'm using pirated but i still manage to install the damn thing using logic. MS need to stop viewing pirated users as stupid.......

I use WMP only as my video player with properly installed DIVX and XVID codecs. For audio, I prefer fb2k.

that screenshot is from the leaked version, they're the same thing.. just different build.

to get that, just resize wmp11 (drag the corner)

mine also not same as the screenshot.. must be bcoz i install it using other method, skip that WGA...

go to lower right corner, drag it to resize

Just installed and in the testing it. Pretty cool UI and perhaps too exaggerated features with I found pretty useless to me.

thanx, this looks good with my CoolXP3 black windows theme. anyways, the skin that it inluded with the installer (the one that will hide itself if not used), i just hope they will release a black version of it. silver still looks like XP

how can i uninstall this WMP11??? ehehehe dont like it at all...prefer WMP10 stilll....and it seem i cannot find WMP11 .exe file? where is it?

reinstall 10 should do the trick

i tried revert back to wmp 10, cannot....

my wmp11 cant play certain files... some codec missing....

just my 2sen worth!! v11 wmp is def a great improvement over v10. seems faster and better dvd quality ( using klite mega codec 1.53) ; no probs with playing files.

need to play around; with the settings; now playlist is even easier to manage.
did not really check memory usage. cheers
