i got my first Orient watch after my dad poisoned me the exact watch.

he helped me to buy and brought it to me all the from my hometown, Sabah. Surprisingly, he got superb best price for the watch bcos of my dad's friend.

Can't remember the price, bought mine few yrs back. Should be in the range of RM500 - 600 currently.

I was in Empire Subang Solar Time yesterday. I saw the Mako XL with white dial and green / orange bezel in the display rack.

Adding mine, sorry for the quality. As you can see, it is quite beaten 

It's a hacked Nato Strap from a smaller Timex Weekender, that is why the strap doesn't fit 100% as it is 1mm shorter in width.

This is the Mako, but not XL. You can tell the difference by looking at the face, there are numbers instead of just a shape to represent the hours. 

There are plenty of places that sell XL, I've seen a few in Klang, I think there is a specialty shop in Pavillion (think got 15-20% discount with the CIMB CC) or you can walk about Masjid India area and just browse the old uncle watch shops. They usually have a selection of Orients.

The last place I tried it Mako on was at Central Market, 2nd floor. There is a shop there that I usually goes to change my battery and they also carry quite a range of Orients. 

Guys, where to get the largest collection for Orient? I fell in love with their designs too.

for big orient collection go 1 Utama LG floor at tunnel link old and new wing near maxis centre. cant remember the name but the shop only sells orient watches and rhythm clocks

Solar time moslty proce is fix.. If they say 20% then that only.. At pertama there.. Normal shop.. But can get 30-40%..
