Personal sharing, Orient owners who want to service their watches or claim for warranty but have no time to drop by their service center in Cheras on weekdays can also take their watches to Watch Clinic (owned by AD Time) at Pavilion as they are open 7 days a week

you can give the service center a buzz a week or 2 (they'll give you a receipt with the service center's number) after sending to Watch Clinic to check on the status, just tell them you need your watch back urgently, else they'll let it sit for at least a month before entering the repair queue doh.gif

Back from the service center last weekend after almost 2 months in the center, too bad they couldn't tell me what happened and what was changed sad.gif

was monitoring the PR yesterday, so far so good... i sent it for warranty claim cos the watch stopped moving despite the PR being full...

missed my watch very much wub.gif

I can't say for sure for Orient, but I would assume it's a couple hundred at best since its the average rate for Seiko's.

That's assuming it's normal service not including part repair.
