2 shops told me V3 stopped production already. Hope ur info is correct, I wish they will continue producing V3 design, wtv movement they use. The blue of the V4 is not as nice.

I'm inclined to believe that the discontinued V3s are the ones carrying the older movement. There are already V3s sporting the latest F67 calibre movement with hacking and hand-winding, just that they're not in Malaysia yet: Serious Watches & Duty Free Island

Whew that's great news, the link shows that it's been around for at least a year. Thx a lot. But this means increase in price over 1st gen. Been eyeing the V3 for some time, but holding back due to budget constraints and worried about the impact of smartwatches.

ooo...haha. Maybe..but I dont think that will happen that soon.

Screen too small to do anything practical and Battery life issue. Most smartwatches need to be charge at the end of one day usage..like our phone.

Unless they significantly improve battery life of smartwatches, I can't see them being essential.

But then again, we might see true wireless charging in 2018..maybe might change the game a bit.

Orient Stingray user here! Its my first Mechanical Watch, quite affordable and I would say its equivalent to the entry level of Seiko 5.

I know right! Dont know why is it so undervalued here..

Possibly it's because it was released in 2012 and now it's a stock clearance. Nonetheless, a nice watch won't go obsolete even though it's a few years old. Interesting to know that CityTime has many models to offer on Lelong.

I rmb it was RM280 at citytime a couple of yrs back. Price didn't shoot up as much as the Seiko 5's.
