Bwahahaaa.....unlike Shinji Mikami/Capcom/Resident Evil, it seems that Tecmo and Tomonobu Itakagi are staying exclusively to Xbox. Sorry dudes, if you wanna play DOA or Ninja Gaiden, you needs to get an Xbox

I'm soooooo gonna get this game when it comes out. I managed to miss the 1st game, because I had already left Australia then and I had already sold my Xbox..... this time it won't happen....

Can't wait.....arghh....I want it now...

Gameplay isn't much of an issue. DOAX2 is more of a party game, like Mario Party. The gameplay won't blow away anyone, but it's the simplicity of the mini games that'll really attract people to play this on Live or multiplayer.

Well, I have no doubts that DOAX2 will look excellent when it comes out. If you've played DOA4, you'll know

In the world of business, anything can happen. Anyhoots, it's kinda tiring to hear developers saying that games are exclusive, and then jump ship. Case in point, Shinji Mikami and his "I'll cut off my head if RE4 appears on another console besides GC".

Saying that, I think Itagaki seems to have settled on the Xbox for a while. They are closely working with MS on a lot of stuff, they even handed Bungie their work on Spartan and the Halo stage that appeared on DOA4 to assist Bungie. Itagaki has always said that he goes for the platform that can cater to what he needs, and will never compromise on quality, which is why DOA3 was never ported to PS2, because it was never powerful enough to handle DOA3.

Shinji Mikami was never exclusive to Xbox...I was referring to his claim that RE4 was gonna be GC exclusive

I doubt Itagaki will move away from Xbox, at least for the DOA series. It seems that online play is a huge factor for DOA, considering his comment on Virtua Fighter "never going online". I think it'd be a shame if DOA moved to not-so-competent-online consoles.

But can you really imagine Itagaki on PS3? I don't think he'd share the same console as the game that he really hates
