Can I remove the highlighted item from Windows XP menu? How to do it?

you can use Context Menu Editor
some of the highlighted items can be removed without it. Sharing and Security: Folder Options > Use simple file sharing Compress and Email: Open WinRAR, Options > Settings > Intergration > Shell Intergration > context menu items |

"Open Command Prompt here" is not originally a Windows XP context menu, it was created by XP power toy with the installer named CmdHerePowertoySetup.
