I like seafood and very particular on the way they cook especially salmon.
I usually order frozen salmon fillet and Hokkaido frozen scallop to be delivered to my house.
I will either grilled or pan fry d salmon and baked the scallop with cheese.
My family love the scallop especially with the roe, besides it is cheaper than eating in Japanese restaurant....
