Firstly Im sorry if this topic has been discussed here before. I cant find it. So yeah..

My problem is, I have a 4GB console with 20GB hdd in my xbox slim.
Now Im planning to get a 250GB hdd for my xbox slim.

My question is, how can I transfer all my game save in my 20GB hdd to the new hdd?

I cant use the transfer cable to transfer from slim hdd to slim hdd right?
So the only way for me to transfer my game save is by using a 16GB thumbdrive, am I correct?

How bout the DLCs?
I read that I cant transfer DLC to a thumbdrive?

Somebody can get me clear on this? I really need to upgrade my hdd.............................for GTA V

easy, just transfer your profiles and save games to the console 4G internal storage, should be more than enough

or use a USB thumbdrive for the transfer

DLC can just re-download

what if i transfer the DLCs to the internal storage? is it possible?

Im just too lazy to re-download, because the internet connection is not that good. :/

yes, you can provided there's enough space

downloading is easy, even for a slow line, just initiate the download before bed, shutdown and it will still download in sleep mode
next day all download done.

I don't have any problem transferring all my DLCs to a removable drive, while having the profile in the internal HDD.
