I would totally agreed with you. When I was in my university years, I had to work part time waiter min. of 2 days a week to get RM 140+- for food (+ other stuff too).

Luckily, my part time work also do provided buffet lunch/dinner (depending on event) and that is the best time to fulfil my calorie intake for the day thumbup.gif

You don't really need supps.

And of course you need food, who doesn't? blink.gif

Just get fresh groceries from the wet market or from the hypermarket? blink.gif

To manage financials? Just buy the essentials needed for cooking healthy and meeting your needs. No frills, no indulgence, no processed crap.

thats what I did for 3 years (primary source is economy rice). But there are two things that are important when you are not taking supplements: eat more, gym consistently and regularly, and finally....lightweight baby!

Any kind of sports are expensive, when you get serious.

The only thing that deletes those negative thoughts are the PASSION and SACRIFICE that will produce RESULTS.

Think of it like a business, you have to invest time, money and energy (tremendous one, I'd say) in the early period,

but once you've achieved your goals, you'll be satisfied and start reaping what you sowed.

Agreed! Same to bodybuilding... if just want to maintain or keep fit, no need spend so much of $$$... Just want to stay healthy like guy say below:

i did a monthly rough calculation...

patrol-RM120
gym entrance-RM120/ RM30(Member but have to deposit RM70)
supp-not sure and haven't try any yet,but planing to buy MP Assault and Syntha-6 total RM265 (1 month serving or more maybe)
food-free,my mom's cooking tongue.gif

and yup...it's very pricey...but as also alot of bodybuilder mentioned,SUPP is not a must tongue.gif and planing to quit smoking as well, might save alot of dollar and invest in body building tongue.gif
