I would totally agreed with you. When I was in my university years, I had to work part time waiter min. of 2 days a week to get RM 140+- for food (+ other stuff too).
Luckily, my part time work also do provided buffet lunch/dinner (depending on event) and that is the best time to fulfil my calorie intake for the day |

QUOTE(facelol @ Jun 27 2013, 12:40 AM) to me..IT ISSS!! You don't really need supps.u need to buy supplement and foods... so guys, how do u all manage u all financial? and also where u guys for groceries? And of course you need food, who doesn't? Just get fresh groceries from the wet market or from the hypermarket? To manage financials? Just buy the essentials needed for cooking healthy and meeting your needs. No frills, no indulgence, no processed crap. |

QUOTE(iceypain @ Jun 27 2013, 06:22 PM) thats what I did for 3 years (primary source is economy rice). But there are two things that are important when you are not taking supplements: eat more, gym consistently and regularly, and finally....lightweight baby! This post has been edited by ntd.nicholas: Jun 27 2013, 07:35 PM |

QUOTE(facelol @ Jun 27 2013, 01:40 AM) to me..IT ISSS!! Any kind of sports are expensive, when you get serious.u need to buy supplement and foods... so guys, how do u all manage u all financial? and also where u guys for groceries? The only thing that deletes those negative thoughts are the PASSION and SACRIFICE that will produce RESULTS. Think of it like a business, you have to invest time, money and energy (tremendous one, I'd say) in the early period, but once you've achieved your goals, you'll be satisfied and start reaping what you sowed. |
