What's ULTIMATE plan with 4GB quota? This is misleading. Your price is just retarded for a plan with 4GB quota. You just abuse this plan and state it as unlimited or so-called "ultimate" to gain profit.

I asked ddr3 to pm me. Thought I would get more details. But no additional details came. All he said was ...

Celcom's Portawifi plan costs RM159 for the device + RM68 for the first month (total RM227), and RM68 every month after that. Speed the same as ddr3's offer, and is also 4GB. RM163 is RM64 cheaper, but you don't get the device.

Celcom's postpaid plan has a RM10 discount for the first 12 months, which brings it down to RM58. But this is partly offset by the RM40 registration fee, and the 12-month contract period (penalty RM200 if you cancel early).

The modem might be worth about RM150. But of course, if you do not want it, and want to use the simcard in your phone, it'll be a waste. This makes the deal "so-so" rather than as good as TS appear to make it out to be. Yes, it is true. He never actually said it was unlimited. It was somebody else ask if it can be unlimited.

OTOH, he also said the Celcom PortaWifi plan was postpaid only, which isn't true. He also said the package he's offering is being sold at other places for RM250-350. Don't know what places he meant. But Celcom is selling theirs for only RM227. Technically not the same package, because Celcom's is better in that you get a free device.

All in, TS is offering to sell his package for approximately the same price as Celcom (RM203 vs RM227) but he does not give you the device, but he gives you one month free. During the offer period, his price is further lowered. But I'll say TS's initial offer is somewhat less than honest because it was presented as a very good deal. He withholds information. Anyone who buy the package from him, and later found out about that Celcom's package has been on sale for a year would feel cheated.

and i think, by using PREPIAD, u cannot subscribe to monthly internet if not mistaken, only MOBILE INTERNET daily and weekly.

Yes, prepaid mobile internet is charged monthly. It costs RM68. They mentioned monthly, but didn't say anything on that page about daily or weekly. Perhaps you're thinking of other packages. All these telcos, they do have a ton of packages. So many that it confuses everyone.

It's at the bottom of the page under the section titled PREPAID

Rm163 - Rm68 (1 month free internet) = RM95 (simpack)

if simpack RM95 plus deivce Rm150 = RM245

Rm245 - RM227 (price by celcom) which is postpaid and with contract, which 1 is more suitable? do your math.

Yes. Yours is still cheaper. I SAID that! smile.gif

Plus, if you don't want/need the portawifi thingy, the device isn't useful because it needs to be plugged in. If you're the person who wants mobile internet for when you're not at home/office, that is just another cumbersome device to carry along. And it needs to be plugged in to work.
