The main catalyst is the relisting of its property arm.
But then, I am sure you would have noted, IOI share price has already jalan quite a fair bit.
In stock market, some might say 'the good news is already priced in'.
After that listing, what's next for IOI then?

This one difficult to say hor....
On one hand, I think valuation is crazy for stock like this.
But on the other hand, it is very tightly held by big funds... and as you can see the share price has been on a very strong steady uptrend since listing.
I did not even know how to trade it when it was below 3.10 then... 
I guess this is a good classic example of why one should not give any stock a death sentence by saying 'no chance'.... 

I went to NTPM factory at nibong tebal before, ok lar they make tissue paper.. using recycled paper, so can keep cost low. 

But thier new factory making diapers & feminine wraps is the growth earner. 

Betcha you never heard of their diaper brand before...
