hey guys, i was gonna get the htc one cos of better build quality and i like the htc sense interface but so hard to get since stock low at telcos. was thinking of S4, convince me! heheh, i know on paper the S4 beats htc one but i was worried about the touchwiz. I heard that after a while it can get a little laggy/stuttery, any experience with that?

what would be the best launcher you would recommend? My first phone was iphone then windows. first time android user so I dont know much. always thought you had to root to change stuff like launcher (evidence of how ios is so constrictive. need to jailbreak to customize anything hehe) thanks for the reply! I'll google for some good launchers too but personal experience always better than reviews from internet

i'm getting my phone from telco so dont think google edition gonna get into our market soon enough, really fed up with my windows phone already heheh, maybe custom rom after warranty finish and I root it



I'm more towards minimalistic (which was why i tried windows phone and regretted it) so might try the apex or nova. thanks guys!

hey guys, just a question about rooting and installing custom ROM. Just in case I need to unroot to send in for maintenance/repair it will involve factory reset right?
Is there anyway to sort of have an image of my phone pre-root so i dont have to re-install all apps and re-arrange them?
