1- flash this via odin..

2- download omega v8 and put the zip file in internal sd..
3- off ur phone.. then boot into recovery mode.. (volume up+home button+power)
4- wipe data and cache.
5- select install from sd card n choose omega zip file.
6- wait and reboot..

yup.. after wipe, choose install zip from sdcard..
then choose sdcard/externeal (depend on where u put the omega file)..
navigate to the file.. n flash..
wait and reboot...

if u follow the instruction, download correct file, sure it will not brick ur phone..

rm89.. but dont know ori or not.. should be ori think..

normal.. becoz u wipe data and cache.. it takes time for first boot..

there's mod in xda to change setting, message, dialer background to white.
u need to flash that zip..

directd sell sgp at rm89.90 (mybe ori, maybe not), i dont know..
but notice that it is US version as it doesnt have hole on right upper case..

samsung got panorama mode just like 4.2..
only photosphere is missing in samsung rom..

its up to u.. u can try it and compare both..
it is always recommended to full wipe before switching ROM from one to another..

nope u cant.. as u mention, the system detect ur phone to be modified (rooted)..
so u cant update..
in other way, u can flash the updated firmware via ODIN..

just go to setting>more>mobile network>choose WCDMA for 3g or GSM for 2g..
u can change it there..
