My workout equipments : Skipping rope Heavybag DIY DEB(Double End Bag), DIY tutorial herePadwork with a partner(if available) Playground workout(calisthenics) - monkey bar for pull-ups, muscle ups etc. Boxes filled with old books(There's no such thing as book loaning when I study, so have to buy), they substitute dumbbells because I'm too piss poor to afford them. DIY TRX Cords, I used bungee cords and attached a shovel handle at both ends, common sense nobody will buy >RM400 worth of bungee cords with handles at the end.

I trained with my father every-night, sometimes I train with a friend.
My father is a classic hard-puncher, very aggressive boxer, lots of body shots, I once got knocked out by him.
Here is my new routine for training :
Morning : Breakfast(6:15am) : 4 whole wheat bread with milo or coffee. -Jog 5-6km -Says hi to everyone to spread the love. -Skipping rope 5 mins -Bagwork 30mins
2nd Breakfast(10:30am) : Chick rice or Nasi Lemak Ayam. -Slow walk around the neighbourhood.
Internetz...
Noon : Lunch(2p.m.) : Usual large meal of chicken / fish / beef / lamb, veges, eggs, rice or pasta.
Sleep.
5:30pm : Wake up. -Warms ups, etc. -Sparring with friends(15 mins, 5 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest time in between). -Bootcamp conditioning : Flipping tires, farmer's walk, overhead tire toss, etc.
7p.m. : Dinner : Eggs, very little rice, veges, fish / beef / chicken / lamb.
Internetz..
8:30p.m. : Sparring with my father, my friends aren't even as aggressive as my father, normally I train slipping / blocking with my father, will seriously get knocked out if his punches connect with my temple / solar plexus(stomach) or ribcage.
Current weight : 59-60kg. 10% bf.
Will be bulking soon.
