Flushing is useless..that corrosion is so hard to be removed..u should do radiator cleaning..or just buy the new radiator only cost rm80 cheapest ive found brand new..and use coolant plus battery water..... my foreman refused to use castrol mtech 10-40. i think he plans to use 5/10-30. image shows the dirty radiator inlet ... update later .... I've changed my radiator and almost my whole aircond system quite a while ago. Till now my air cond at 1/4 of the temperature level it's chilly and like i turned to number 2 instead of 1. Btw, did u ask y ur foreman refuse to do 10/40?... my foreman refused to use castrol mtech 10-40. i think he plans to use 5/10-30. image shows the dirty radiator inlet ... update later .... |

Btw, did u ask y ur foreman refuse to do 10/40? actually he cleaned my radiator. tmr will open up and see how clean it is. coolent was added. i have changed the compressor (larger type) and fan 2 months back. yes, the air cin is cold but not as cold as your, but v comfortable.my foreman said 10-40 might spoil the piston ring and it also can put some stress on the piston. i quite agree cos i was the weekend part time unpaid motorcycle mechanics last time (as my hobby). i think i understood what he meant. so he used the 5-30 castrol (rm105). the steering almost immediately feels less vibration and of course the car is more quite too. |

i forgot. for those who are going to replace the battery, use the larger type '60'. only rm10 extra. its larger and stronger n does not stress the alternator or the electrical charging system. it is strong. look at the serial code at the edge of the foto below
