Been helping to clean rust and stubborn grease for the whole kelisa.
spots with weak color amd scratches and dents are repaires.... Ready for spraying 1st layer on monday. Hope the new honda jazz blue suits it well

cant decide on colors. So use the latest Honda Jazz 2015 colors ...
The color names are -

Honsa Jazz 2015 Alabaster Silver Metallic with Honda Jazz 2015 Brilliant Sport Blue Metallic edge ....

later go look for rims centre cap....almost done.

I think its common. my 2003 kelisa kelisa also gives the same sound, like xhi xhi whistling sound when i press-release-press the accelerator.

My cosmetic change...

sori for the late reply as there r 2 thread here n i dint read these. Sori.
actually the paint jib was around 1.7k for total paint...meaning they will take off almost everything before painting...such as tail lamps, mudguard, roof rubber seals and anything needs to be removed n revived. I then asked to paint the underneath such as mudguard, all metal parts below the car, rims with special paints and all rubber door seals etc etc.
also asked for fitting in my insuflex sound proof on the inside of front fenders.etc.etc. Total 2.1k included wiring of the front new grills.

The colors r the new Honda Jazz 2015 brilliant metallic blue and the grey rims also Homda Jazz 2015 mettalic grey.

Front full set was bought from Mudah. A vefy friendly malay hobbyist at 1.1k. Note that the front grill has 5 batang horizontal chrome grills. Those with 6 batang is cheaper at rm800 only. Fixing the full front cost rm450 with lots of mod request.

the front parts Gino Kelisa can be cheaper if you spend some time to surf around mudah##.
not illegal. after color change you shd ask the shop or yourself to go to puspakom and then jpj for permit and color change in your car reg card. its safe la ...

Hello friends,

my kelisa parts in the engine bay are vibrating and gets shaky and noisy when idle with gear (either forward or reverse). my foreman checked and said its time to changfe the engine mounting for my 2003 auto.

I remember i read the prices for original moutings + labour charges but i cant find them now.

there was a guy here who changed his engine mounting too....

can some friends here please let me know the price for original engine mountings + labour cost?

also, what is the cost for 1/2 overhaul (for the top engine part only)?

Update ... on my new perodua engine mounting ....

total perodua mounting = rm 580.
labour = rm 100.

after the change, the steering feels damn solid, precise and 'tight' ( before the change, the steering was kind of loose and vibrating). overall feel is very good.

Another issue : -

now, when my auto kelisa is on the Reverse gear, with handbrake on, the front has a noticeable 'dak, dak, dak' continous sound. my foreman checked and said most likely the sond is from the GEAREBOX !!! he said when the car is idle and the ball bearing is loose and makes knocking sound, but when the car is moving and the gears are propserly engaged and running, there is no such sound (which is true, there is no sound when moving).

Please comment : the dak dak dak sound only omes on when Reverse gear is on and the car is idel. But on ther gears there is no such sound. Anyone care to comment please? Please help.
