Setia Sky enjoy the conveniences of in/out KL where else for Expressionz if you are coming from KL.... you need to make big U-turn at Bulatan Pahang and trust me during evening peak hour... you wish you do not need to make that U-turn.If say you compare 2 same size unit

Setia Sky also enjoy the Underground MRT Station just next to its development where else Expressionz it is fair bit of walk and need to cross Jalan Tun Razak to access to the station next to Selborn.
Finally... small size in Expressionz does not come with carpark...
However if you need fully furnished package, hassle free investment with 5 years GRR, Expressionz will fit to your needs.
