i can forgo the glass back for a plastic back with removable battery any time. Now have a spare battery to swap in and out of my Note II conveniently.

I think in GENERAL, Z and ZU are for different group of consumers. It wont clash. We who b**** and moan here arent in the GENERAL group.

Tingkap 8 was designed to FORCE users to change simply to something totally different, just because. And they were willing to lose 1 entire buying cycle from Enterprise customers because they knew the Enterprise will not change.

Now they got forced to bring back some pre-8 features coz many 8 features were ridiculous, and were made to be dumbed down as much as possible.

yaya, cinema is the only time the flash come useful for me, i always bring a powerbank along, so light not a problem for me, but if phone got flash only need few sec to turn on and use, not so hassle need to take out powerbank from bag

though size is much bigger than what i expected, seeing the pictures i can live with that, but the absence of flash... need to think very hard on that...

haha I am not fans of any brand. But I do admit I love Sony because of the physical design on the smartphone and sleek UI. One of the smoothest UI I ever used back to those year. Right now I love Sense 5 UI too in my HTC One because of the simplicity and smooth. Never a huge fans of Touchwiz UI. It bored me quickly just like iOS. Sorry no offence

Same my friends all also talk and drool over Samsung product especially female. They easily get eaten by any marketing and advertisement throw by Samsung.

But I do have friends who from iPhone convert to Xperia Z user and they do agree with me that Sony is great. Seriously, no one will know Sony is great until they really use it themself

I am seriously rooting for Sony this time. Their portfolio for this year is just beautiful.

Agreed with u. People who have used sony then will feel sony quite good for their bucks given. My friends mostly using sony coz of my influence.. And they love it, and start forget Samsung.. Hmm.. Sony is not that bad.. Just might cant accept by everyone. People prefer the fame of product..

I would said Sony is very well balanced in terms of hardware and software. I hardly find any serious bugs in Sony software actually

Ya agree it hardly penetrate people nowdays since Korean seem like a trend now. But sad to see LG and Pantech didn't get much attention at here too. Samsung took all the spotlight.

Samsung used to be my favorite, best bang to the bucks even with their horrible QC back then.

NOW surprisingly, Apple and Sony give u better bang for the bucks than Sammy while being beautiful too.

Your female friends drool over Samsung? hmm that's quite new to me i find myself mostly in male dominated industry & it's surprising to see them drooling over S4, even have the nerve to ask me change my trusted Xperia Ray to something else. Apart from Note 1, there's nothing interested me in that brand.
