yes u can change the multiplier with newer Pentium 4 that features EIST. mobo like ASUS P5WD2 have a feature called "ASUS CPU lock free" which enable you to manipulate the EIST feature of the processor and allow you to adjust the multiplier to 14.

but to unlock a Pentium 4 proc is impossible....so stop asking.

that's not unlocking a P4. that is just a pin mod to change the boot strap so the proc will be detected as a 1066MHz fsb proc. that guy do it that way because there is no OC features on a Dell mobo to increase the FSB.

but to unlock the multiplier of a Pentium 4 that is lock by default at factory is totally impossible....so stop asking.
