Speaking of which, the thing in this industry is that most of the companies have a selective preference towards UTP and UTM graduates. Which is sometimes very hard to comprehend. I personally do not like how UTM is grading their students. There's no bell shape curve; exams are pretty easy; most of the students scores exceptionally well if you care enough to put it a fair amount of effort.

Now, what i am trying to say here is that their graduates are no better than graduates from other universities who score a cgpa of 3.5 and above. In fact, some of UTM graduates are so terrible in interviews and their high cgpa certainly does not reflect the amount of theoretical knowledge they had (well, not surprisingly). So the question is, why are they given all the opportunities? I.e interviews and stuff. Why are the students from other unis are being ignored especially those who worked their ass off to beat the bell shape curve and ended up having a cgpa of 3.6-3.7. Are we not human? Do we not deserve an equal opportunity at least for an interview?
