make sure u never withdraw b4, but i dunno whether u can take out 100% or not, depends on your house price.
anyone can answer this ?
Yes, you can withdraw 100% assume your property downpayment is RM 100,000. I believe you have rebate from the developer. No need mention to them. If your account 2 got RM 60,000. Let say got RM 50,000 rebate. The downpayment just another RM 50,000. However you can withdraw RM 60,000.make sure u never withdraw b4, but i dunno whether u can take out 100% or not, depends on your house price.
