Hey guys.. I'm kinda new here but I wanted to know if anyone is planning on joining the new Oceanic servers due soon. Hoping to find a guild or at least some friends that are moving there too.

ocenic server is it more fast then Na server? i mean we malaysian connect to ocenic will be more better then connect to na server? i seriusly hate 219 to na server

No the connection is still the same as the servers are still hosted at U.S. It's opened so that raiders can raid at a easier ASIAN time.

New Information Updated:
New Oceanic Servers will be opened in one weeks time. Depending on their Authenthication Hardware system stability. So wrap up folks, and sit down and wait yet again, for next week. Hope it comes next week. BTW, whats your pre-class be on the new oceanic server. mines : < Cravedog > Undead Priest here Horde Side. See you guys there nextweek. |

UPDATE: The two new Oceania realms will be released on the 30th.

Might nto be released by 30th May.
Blizzard announced that the new site is on power-shortage. So delaying further, but still be released within the week. So pray that they get their power back by than 30th.. Its amazing how ridiculous blizzard can be. From delay 4 weeks of the Oceanic. + Releasing 4 new US timezone servers, 2 on the new site... and not one single oceanic is released. I dont see whats the difference? the latency is still not going to improve any better. Lets just hope it will be out for this week. Or i'm losing a month of payment for no reason. RIDICULOUS~! Update 5/31/06
Our intention to open the Oceanic realms on one of our new World of Warcraft sites has been to offer the best play experience possible for those seeking these new realms. As production on this new site progressed we have found that the best connection, and thus play experience, is to one of our existing sites. In order to accomplish this we will be migrating existing realms to the new site, therefore making enough room to open these two new Oceanic realms. As we need time to prepare for the realm migrations and preparation for the new Oceanic realms, these realms are now tentatively scheduled to go live Thursday, June 8. |

if its a normal server...it must be Khaz'Goroth...i have a toon there...the other two is a PvP server...Jubei'Thos and Frostmourne...how about u post ur toon details in the Malaysian WoW Registry topics...maybe i can say hai if we bump each other...
