If you were ever on the lookout for videos with insanely talented / dangerous street racers and drifters breaking just about every law on the book and many times, jeopardizing the well-being of other drivers, you probably have heard about and watched Giorgi Tevzadze from Georgia (the country, not the State).
We regret to inform you that, according to a number of reports including from the M5E39 website and more importantly, comments on NeedForDrive (NFD), which hosted many videos of Tevzadze's wild rides, the Georgian driver died in a car crash in Tbilisi, the capital city of Georgia. He was not the driver but a passenger in the M5.

While we have yet to confirm this from other sources, we also found a dedicated page on Facebook titled "R.I.P Giorgi Tevzadze" in which it is noted:

"Giorgi Tevzadze just died in a car crash. He was in the passenger seat at the time of the accident, and his friend was driving the car. Sadly, Giorgi Tevzadze died when the car lost control, hit a tree with the right side."

The driver of the M5 was injured but he made it out alive. There are also two photos of Tevzadze's black BMW M5 E34 from the scene of the accident. Tevzadze was reportedly only 26 years old. We'll update this post as soon as we find out more – in the meantime, if you have any additional information, tell us in the comments or in an email.

Now, driving a virtual car like there's no tomorrow, disregarding every law on the book and endangering any life that shares the road with you on Need for Speed is one thing, practicing the same in real life is a completely different game, one that nobody should ever play…

Try telling that to Giorgi Tevzadze from Georgia, a former Soviet republic that's home to some 4.5 million people. Tevzadze is the protagonist of two lengthy (for YouTube standards) videos that show him driving a Techno Violet BMW M5 E34 like a mad man. True, he his talented behind the wheel, but for all the risky things he does in the two clips, it's nothing short of a miracle that nobody was hurt.

In the second video there's a disclaimer that reads, "DO NOT TRY THIS!!!", while in the YouTube description it is noted, " This is the LAST ILLEGAL street racing video" and "NEW LEGAL VIDEOS SOON!!!".

So what does the online community on YouTube have to say about the reckless driving seen in these videos?

Well, some were ecstatic, like Konnieciu, who stated, "Gateway in Stockholm now looks like children playing in garden ", while others were critical of Tevzadze's actions.

Alex Alexander wrote: "You're a pathetic, selfish, arrogant loser. Playing with other people's lives like that. What does it take for people like you to stop? Ploughing head on into a mother taking her kids to school? No? Something worse maybe? Go to the track, go to an airfield, go to some private land. Life is to precious to be risked and squandered like this. Risk your own life, not some stranger's. Absolute idiot. Genuinely, you make me sick.

User Rusiputki said: "I take my hat off to this guy. I felt scared for my life through the onboard video and I was watching this through a computer screen. I want to visit Tevzi in Georgia and get the real experience now. I also bought brown colored pants for the holiday."

Ftldrdl commented: "There is no reason to endanger people just for a video. it looks cool but when you consider the potential damage...NO! also, you showed the drivers face, tag and we got to hear his voice...oops!"
