this thursday i got an interview at TMNET as technical assistan, cyberjaya. is there any body work here before? just want to have some brief info and strong commitment while interview.

1. they can put u at Service Center (1-300 etc)
2. work as normal technician.Maintain the Streamyx (at TM or TMNET site.Not at customer site), TM Direct and any of thier product

i can assure you it's not those 1300 callcenter coz those is already outsource to VADS, only streamyx activation team is under TMNET.

just went to the interview.. darn i cannot answer the stupid question.. quite gabra confronting 4 panel infront of u. what are other TMNET product? anyone can answer that without browsing the web.. heheh.. make your brain blow and keep repeating the streamy. well anyway thanks a lot guyz. technical assistant only supporting the engineer in and out station.
