Thanks smile.gif Rooftop here means the top, open area of the building. There are some that are accessible since they have restaurant on the top floor (in example #19 which is from Level 39 PNB Darby Park). In case like this, you have to be their guest which means that you have to drink or dine there. Quite expensive though tongue.gif

And some others are from the roof and helicopter pad, which I haven't been through. I am coming to KL again next two weekends and hopefully to try new places.

I think im far too inferior to be called sifu :-) anyway, that comes from HDR processing with photomatix where i intentionally increase the vibrance of the colors in the image.

I am currently writing an ebook on cityscapes and that'll includes the editing process that i did with my pics. so if you're interested, stay tuned :-)

Hi,

The first one was from top level of PKNS Flat kg baru early in the morning. And 2nd one is from top floor of berembang indah apartment near Jelatek LRt. To go to flat pkns just get off the lrt at kg baru station n the building is just to the right of the exit. N berembang flat can be seen clearly from the station jelatek.

I really like the composition for the jelatek sunset photo, with the twin towers on 1 side and the sun setting on the other, really nice !

In general, I am using the lowest ISO possible (ISO100 on my camera), f/8 to f/11 and bracketing the exposures up to 9.

I am using Photomatix and Adobe Photoshop CS5 for post processing. You can find some of the tips in my first post in this topic.

Cheers smile.gif
