visited the Vyne, facilities is impressive!
considering block A, 1449sqft  at RM731k avrg RM 505psf only.

1. Says if to rent out, will hard to rent out such big unit? (if your price is right, easy to rent out.... msian like big size and cheap rental unit）
2. Whats the rent market for this area? RM1.5k for bare unit? (will be super rugi to you... cant cover interest, cant cover maintenance)
3. Plan to rent out bare unit only. no renovation going to do on it.
4. Due to low density, possible the maintenance fee is higher compare to high density building? (possible)
5. Long term investment? takes 10 years to see the profit? (its leasehold, so dont hold too long, price will gone up to a peak and gone down very fast with the remaining tenure burning on)
