I just realised, with microsoft getting their next gen out a year ahead, they should be able to keep their lead on the next next gen console too. And if they can get it out faster it would be a cool if they got a whole generation infront of sony and nintendo (although strictly speaking they would have caught up with sony and still be lagging behind nintendo in terms of console numbers)
