Getting Started

|
Firstly I train early in the morning usually so that usually means a fasted workout. I have recently been having a half cup of oatmeal flakes about 45 minutes before my workout to try and get some carbs in me, but is there any real benefit of this? Will my body even have time to absorb it and use it for my workout? Would I be better suited to having it with protein after my workout?

complex carb = slow release carb. take time to digest. its better to workout once food in our stomach completely digest. of coz can eat them and do workout once completely digest in your system but it takes longer time than simple carb.
