That only helps abit. You need a better heatsink to go higher. We overclock to make the CPU run faster, load faster and... whatever faster there is, thats overcloking. Yet overcloking does have its disadvantages.
Bad result in Ocing :
Hardware is on fire! well, only burn mark which you cant use anymore. Warranty Void.
Reduce the lifespan of that certain Overclocked hardware.
