Most of them are either pilots or stewards. Its not like they work from 9-5.
It's either they're working or on standby.

In order for you to get a ranked server, the company that provides the server needs to be an official partner with EA.

As of today, EA no longer takes in partners. You can try but the list is long from what I've read in forums.

You can however, rent servers from current partners in Singapore or Thailand.

It will be ironic though, a Malaysian ranked server in Singapore / Thailand.
