Updated policy

No activation fees for TIME and Maxis IPTV

All relocations will restart a new 24 mth IPTV contract

Penalty
For TIME
Customers on TIME network can relocate at no charge within contract period as long as they remain an Astro DTH custom
For Maxis
1. Maxis-Maxis: RM500 if move within 1st 6 months, otherwise no charge.
2. Maxis-TIME: RM500 if move within 1st 6 months, otherwise no charge.
3. Maxis-DTH: Early termination fee applies

Change phrasing: RM100 for each outstanding month of contract
