Don't mislead people.

Furthermore if it is true that your cat got whacked to death by your neighbour, why wasn't it mentioned earlier. And if it is true, you can report her to the SPCA or responsible forces to take actions against her for cruelty towards animal.

I know I would, if I have a cat and if something like that happened.
