Think Wisely & Positively: Maybe take this 4% downpayment (Compensation from DIBS offer) to invest another value property. The Last Block Eco Sky will launch at RM750++ /sqf. Think for long term investment. I think Eco World hope for more drop units to sell it at higher price. |

Based on my calculation , the 4% compensation was adequate if the project able to complete in 36 months period (As S&P construction period). The longer the more we need to suffer to the bank interest.
Hope Eco World will able to complete this project on time or early. |
