This is the first time i heard price is not display when buying something. Have to ask or beg politely. I dont understand the logic, imagine everytime go to retail shop, they dont display the price for every item and you need to ask politely for the price for every item if u wan to get the best buy, or just simply choose and pay. Only famous and arrogant developer is doing this. I dont understand why people still can accept this kind of treatment, no better option out there? They are selling only 300 psf?

I notice a lot of rumours around and when asked where they heard of, they replied me " dunno, my fren punya fren or my relative punya fren say one " asked how they got it, say dunno.

1109sf price start from 734k. It's about 660psf. All facing east. Increase 2k per floor regardless the 'ong' number. Prices shared by SA around 9.30 am to those in the front of the queue.

Boss, truth will prevail to confirm this 670psf is rumour or fact once the dust has settled today. These price allegations will never arise if EW publishes the price chart openly to enable buyers to see and facilitate better decision making. What's there to hide unless the pricing cld be the shocker influencing the buyers

Based on the response and demand, most ppl are buying the Eco product of Eco World and the name justified it. Very impressed.

I reckon that even they publish at RM 700 psf, I still believe it would be sold out easily.

I think D1(904sf) psf price is higher than D3 (926sf) due to the orientation.

Smallest unit for Basalta is 901sqft. Face north and south. 650PSF, you do the maths and then minus early bird 3%.

These 1109 is actually Type B which have four units facing east direction. Numbers are 8-11. From this number, after rebate is RM640PSF.

of cos i knew about the slip road
my point is that the traffic on jalan ipoh/kuching is already congested enough (both way to/from KL)
with the upcoming projects (ecosky, lakevile, emerald, res280 etc)  i cant imagine the road condition then

Bro, the earlier promise made is 650psf before discount

Perhaps this promise is for block A special buyers where the price shld be 5% lower than block B plus no queuing and going through the hassle to register and book
